In September 2011, Canstruct was awarded a major contract to design and construct 16 dwellings at the Drumsite Village on Christmas Island.  The mix of buildings is to be 6 x 3 bedroom townhouse type dwellings and the remaining dwellings as 2 bedroom walk-ups.  The works include the associated site works, services, parking and landscape at the site.  The client is the Department of Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government and the contract period is October 2011 to July 2012.
