Canstruct can be justly proud of its achievement in building the new state-of-the-art Endeavour Foundation Packaging Solutions complex at Wacol in Brisbane.
The building was handed over in June, 2013. This building project is a unique partnership between the Endeavour Foundation, the Rotary Club of Brisbane Inner West, Canstruct and its associated company Force 10. Founding Director of Canstruct, Robin Murphy has been a major catalyst for this project and a major donor for the facility.
Andrew Donne, General Manager Commercial Operations for Endeavour Foundation has commended Canstruct’s work on this project.
“The Endeavour Foundation is the largest employer of people with a disability in Australia. In response to our need to develop a state of the art food packaging facility, we contacted the team at Canstruct to help with this project. This is the first time Canstruct have been involved in building a food industry facility and they took the time to understand all our specific needs. The facility now provides employment to over 220 people with a disability and we perform work for many of Australia’s blue chip food industry players. Many thanks to the team at Canstruct for their professional and consultative approach to this major project.”
The following video shows the construction process from November 2012 to May 2013. Canstruct built the complex using Force 10 building materials and the video demonstrates the ease and speed of building with the Force 10 modular system.
